Useful knowledge around your vacation: Hotel information

If you have chosen our hotel, we wish to provide you with everything necessary to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as ultimately possible. Here is some relevant information we have put together for you:

Our prices are per room and night including breakfast.

Check-in is possible from 2 pm to 3:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 10 pm. On your departure day, you can use the room until 1000 hrs. Individual modifications are negotiable.Breakfast will be served from 0600 hrs through 1000 hrs, supper time is from 1800 hrs through 2030 hrs. Again, individual modifications are negotiable.

Cancellations and rebookings are free of charge if you notify us more than two days ahead of time. Charges will be made only if you cancel a fixed booking. Down payments are negotiable and must be confirmed by our hotel.

We are happy to welcome you toghether with your dog. For small dogs (up to 30 cm) we charge 5, - € per night, for medium dogs (up to 60 cm) 10,- € and for large dogs (from 60 cm) 15,- €. For each additional dog we charge 2.50 € per night.Please bring everything your dog needs for his happiness. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the sauna. We are also dog owners, you can contact us at any time to ask whether it is advisable to take your dog to breakfast.

We offer a shuttle service (for a fee) to and from Baden airport, train stations in Achern and Baden-Baden, close-by skiing areas, Strasbourg and Baden-Baden city. We will order a rental car for you, if you wish. Just let us know.

We gladly arrange guided city tours in Strasbourg, France, for you, guided travel tours through the Alsace region, the Black Forest, or guided hiking tours. For your personal convenience, our services also include arrangements for canoeing and surfing or other leisure activities available in our region.
For cycling enthusiasts, we supply regular bicycles as well as electrically powered bicycles for rent.
